Zyn Player terms and conditions

Welcome to Zyn Player (zynplayer.com). By using this website, ordering a Zyn Player licence or using the Zyn Player app, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

1. Definitions

In these terms:

  • Zyn Player, we, us: the website zynplayer.com, the Zyn Player app and the team behind them;
  • You: anyone who visits the website, orders a licence or uses the app;
  • App: the Zyn Player media player;
  • Licence: the right to use the app for the length of the plan you bought, on the number of devices it covers (one, or two with Supreme), each identified by the MAC address the app shows;
  • Playlist: the Xtream Codes login or M3U link you get from an IPTV provider of your choice.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website or the app, or by ordering a licence, you accept:

3. What Zyn Player is, and what it is not

Zyn Player is a media player. It plays the playlist that you add to it.

  • Zyn Player does not include, sell, supply or recommend any channels, content or playlists.
  • The streams you watch come from your IPTV provider, not from us. We do not host, control or check them.
  • A licence unlocks the app on its device(s) for its length. It does not give you access to any content.

You are responsible for choosing a provider that holds the rights to what it streams, and for following the law where you live, including copyright law. See our disclaimer.

4. Who can order

To order a licence you must:

  • be 18 or older;
  • have a working internet connection;
  • use a device the Zyn Player team has confirmed for you on WhatsApp.

5. Ordering and delivery

Zyn Player is not in the app stores yet. Orders are placed on WhatsApp: you pick a plan on the website, the button opens WhatsApp with your order written out, and the team confirms the order and payment with you. You send the MAC address shown in the app; once payment is confirmed, the team activates that device and the app shows the new expiry date. Delivery is digital only. If something is missing, message us on WhatsApp.

6. Licence and permitted use

You agree to:

  • use your licence for private, personal use only;
  • not share, resell or transfer your licence;
  • not use your licence on other devices than the ones it activates;
  • keep your device key private: anyone who has it and your MAC address can change the playlists of your device;
  • not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app;
  • not use the app to play content you have no right to watch.

We may suspend a licence without a refund if it is used fraudulently or against these terms.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the website and are paid once for the whole length of the plan (3, 12 or 24 months). There is no automatic renewal: when your licence ends, you can order a new one. Refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Refunds

Summary of the refund policy:

  • no refund after the licence has been activated;
  • we check your case if your device is never activated, or if the app does not work at all on a confirmed device after a correct setup with our help.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep Zyn Player running well, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:

  • your provider's streams, their availability, quality or content;
  • problems caused by your internet connection, network restrictions or your device;
  • playlists that stop working because your provider changed or ended them;
  • use of the app against these terms or the law.

10. Intellectual property

The Zyn Player name, logo, app and website (design, text, code) belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. We hold no rights in the content of the playlists you play.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
