Zyn Player respects copyright and expects its users to do the same.

1. What Zyn Player hosts

Zyn Player is a media player. It hosts no streams, channels, films or series, and it supplies no playlists. Content played in the app comes from the IPTV provider each user chose; we have no access to it and cannot remove it from that provider's servers.

If you believe a provider is streaming your content without permission, please send your notice to that provider or its host.

2. Content on this website

This notice applies to the content published on zynplayer.com: text, images and files. If you believe something on this website infringes your copyright, send us a notice on WhatsApp from our contact page. It must include:

  1. your name and how to reach you;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work;
  3. the exact address (URL) of the page on this website where the material appears;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice and remove or disable material that infringes.

3. Counter-notice

If material you published was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details, explaining why the material does not infringe.

4. Repeat infringement

We may suspend the licence of a user who repeatedly uses Zyn Player to infringe copyright.
