Zyn Player refund policy

Zyn Player (zynplayer.com) sells digital licences for a media player. This policy explains when a licence can be refunded and how to ask. Please read it before you order.

1. What this policy covers

It covers Zyn Player licences (3, 12 or 24 months, one or two devices), delivered digitally: after payment, the team activates the MAC address you sent on WhatsApp.

It does not cover your IPTV provider's subscription. Zyn Player includes no channels; if your playlist stops working, contact your provider.

2. General rule

Because a licence is digital and delivered right after payment, there is no refund once your licence has been activated, except in the cases below.

2.1 Device not activated

If you paid and your device was not activated (the app still shows the trial or "expired"), message us on WhatsApp with the MAC address shown in the app, and we check your order.

2.2 The app does not work at all

If Zyn Player does not work at all after activation, even with:

  • a working internet connection,
  • a device the team confirmed for you,
  • a correct setup, done with our help on WhatsApp,

we check the problem. If it is on our side and we cannot fix it, a full refund may be granted.

3. When no refund is possible

No refund is given when:

  • your playlist does not work, is incomplete or was ended by your provider;
  • your internet connection is too slow or unstable;
  • your device is not one the team confirmed;
  • the problem comes from your own settings (VPN, firewall, network restrictions);
  • the licence has been used for more than 24 hours;
  • you changed your mind after activation.

4. How to ask for a refund

If your case matches section 2, message us on WhatsApp (button on our contact page) with:

  • the number or name you ordered with;
  • proof of payment;
  • a description of the problem, with screenshots if you can;
  • the device you use.

We review requests within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Cancelling

A licence is paid once and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel when it ends. A licence that has been activated cannot be cancelled.
